'A Smile For Michael'

Poem by Cindy

I will carry a smile for Michael all through my life

Remembering all of his toil and strife

Remembering when his life was full of happiness and joy

He filled the world with hope

Starting when he was just a small boy

In every snowflake and every blizzard

Michael is the magical wizard

In every dew drop on the grass early in the morning

Is the sweat he shed while practicing for

" This Is It" while performing

In every raindrop that falls from the sky

Is his voice singing to us do not cry

When your pet is spinning, chasing it's tail

It's really Michael spinning just to make you smile

In every tide and every quake

He's reminding us he's still awake

His feet will never really be still

Just where he is now won't always be uphill

He will always be dancing along with the breeze

So when it is windy outside

Go out and touch the breeze, touch the sky

This is where he is now our man our guy.
