Come to me in the space of a dream.
Beloved, I call out for you but
You are hidden from my sight.
You, the orphan without means,
In the shadows of the night.
Come back in time
My dearest Valentine.

The silent music is your music,
but still not heard,
In this desert of the valley of tears.
Did this heart take flight like the bird?
For I cannot retrieve it, once near.
Why did you leave it this way?
This sickness of Love bears witness this day.

He who dost now sleeps a charmed sleep
Come, arise, and awaken from the shadows,
Whose memory of thee I keep.
For only the angels halos
Reveal where you are
As I wish upon a star.

Come, my dearest one and rest in joyful peace.
No more to feel death's icy sting
At every turn shall cease.
To climb the ladder to your King
Through the gates, an open door.
Come and see what you ardently longed for...
