Estate Paying Jackson's Mother $86,000 Per Month

Court documents that were filed in connection with Michael Jackson's estate and were unsealed yesterday show that the singer's mother, who is the guardian of the singer's three children, is recieving $86,204 a month to support her and the kids.

Broken down, $60,000 of the payment has been parsed out specifically for Prince, Paris and Blanket, while the remaining $26,804 is the Jackson matriarch's allowance.

Katherine's portion of the monthly stipend is paying for an assistant, a housekeeper, a driver, clothing and grooming, and various other expenses. This allowance does not include housing expenses because Jackson owned the Encino residence and the estate is separately paying the mortgage, gardeners, insurance and taxes associated with the property.

It's unclear how the children's share of the cash is being spent, although annually, $160,000 will be set aside for entertainment and related expenses, $250,000 for personal needs and approxamately $315,000 on hired help, such as nannies and tutors, to help care for the minors.
