Exclusive MJ Magazine Attracts Readers Worldwide

A new Michael Jackson tribute magazine, Dot to Dot: Keeping Michael’s Legacy Alive, is finding success in more than 180 countries. The monthly publication is available exclusively online and is free.

The magazine, which published its premiere issue in December 2010, focuses not only on everything good about Michael,  but also addresses issues that are still of concern to fans today, such as the media’s bias against him, and the way that words were (and still are) used to destroy his character and integrity. Our articles are entertaining, informative and often thought-provoking.

Every issue of Dot to Dot includes columns, featured articles, interviews and Q&A with VIPs, such as Big Al Scanlan and LaVelle Smith Jr., special interest stories, insider reports and news and commentary.

  Previous issues include:

“Big Boy”: In a small studio in Chicago , November, 1967, the first ever Jackson 5 single was born. "Big Boy" is the earliest known studio recording of Michael and his brothers.

“Christopher Gaspar: Michael’s Little Twin”: Christopher Gaspar has gained a large following for his remarkable representation of Michael Jackson’s performances. He shared with Dot to Dot the inspiration behind his becoming Europe 's Official Michael Jackson Impersonator, and talks about Michael 4Ever, The Show.

“Back to Neverland with Big Al Scanlan”: In this touching, exclusive interview, Big Al Scanlon shares his very personal memories of Michael and Neverland.

“Re-Visiting Neverland”: In this follow-up interview, Big Al shares a story and picture never before published.

“Michael Inspired, Michael Approved Voices”: In this in-depth article, Reverend Barbara Kauffman

shares the inspiration behind the Words and Violence education packet for Voices Education.

“Interview with LaVelle Smith Jr”: Michael’s longtime friend and choreographer for more than 20 years, LaVelle shares his experiences with Michael.

The upcoming March issue will include interviews with Dr. Patrick Treacy and Jonathan ‘Sugarfoot’ Moffett.

With only three issues published to date, the magazine is drawing lots of positive attention in the Michael Jackson community worldwide.

Editor-in-chief, Valmai Owens, explains, “Now more than ever, carrying Michael’s legacy into the future in a positive and respectful manner is of the utmost importance to assuring the continuation of his message. As fans, what we do and say has an impact, and Dot to Dot is a powerful and beautiful vessel to help bring about the changes Michael so ardently believed in and worked so hard for.”
