'Good Bye'

A special gift if only for awhile

We watched you dance

You made us smile

Only a little boy with a dream

None of us knew it would grow to this extreme

A long and adventurous journey down a very long stream

If only in your shoes we'd have to walk a mile

I don't think we would have lasted

We would've went into exile

Forever embraced with your message of love

I feel your arms around me a never ending hug

Memories of a voyage, that took you so far

To us you were everything

You were our shining star

Following you to the ends of the earth

Beautiful in every way possible ever since birth

Fate took you away up into the sky

You are watching us from afar in the heavens so high

All things in life are possible if only we dare to try

All alone now that you're gone all I can do is cry

But tomorrow I'll change like you said in your song

Sorry it's taken me forever, and oh so long

I'd just like to scream

But I won't I'll only follow in the footsteps or your message
