Jackson Family Files Probate Papers

29-6-2009) The initial papers have been filed to probate Michael's estate. They were filed by the family “inetstate” meaning “without a will.” The petition requests that Katherine be named administrator. The papers also say that Debbie Rowe will be served with notice of a hearing.

In the meantime, Michaels long – time lawyer, John Branca, has a will that Michael signed. Mr. Branca reportedly returned to service just three weeks ago and says that he intends to file within thirty days.
