Judge Gives Jackson Estate Lawyers New Power

John Branca and John McClain, lawyers for Michael Jackson's estate, were granted new authority at a hearing on Thursday.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled that Branca and McClain don't have to ask the judge's permission to make standard decisions about a variety of administrative matters regarding Jackson's estate, says the Associated Press.
