Katherine Jackson Wants Financial Review

According to TMZ, Katherine Jackson is withholding her consent in a key deal involving Michael Jackson's estate until her financial advisers can review it.

Mrs. Jackson's lawyers were back in court today, asking the judge to give her permission to show the AEG memorabilia deal, which is confidential, to her financial advisers. The way that the court protective order currently reads, she is only allowed to show the redacted version to her lawyers.

In the meantime, AEG is threatening to withdraw from the deal, fearing people are quickly losing interest in the tour merchandise.

Burt Levitch, Mrs. Jackson's lawyer, believes AEG may just be "crying wolf" to get the deal hurried up.

AEG had no comment.
