'The Man in My Locket' I wear a locket on my neck A commemorative reminder to me Of the fact that I am a true fan No matter what the case may be This little heart-shaped locket isn’t magic Nor is it a symbol of good luck It isn’t meant for protection for me From anything that is bad or made up It’s never an I.D. or license For all the world to see It’s simply a jewel for loving About the Man In The Mirror and me When I put my hand on my chest To grab a hold on to my locket tightly It matched the heart that skips a beat Of how unforettable he’ll be for all eternity It reminds me too, to be loveable As he was loving all in a special way And strive to heal the world In all that I do, think, and say It’s also a reminder Of the joy, hope, and gladness I care He’ll always be with me for he’d say You Are Not Alone And that he heard my prayers for burdens to bare So, I wear a locket on my neck Reminding no one else but me That Michael Jackson will always be in my heart If only I’ll let him remain in my heart constantly Keshia |
