Why do you make me cry?
All this love is too much
For someone who's heart
Isn't used to the rush.

Take it easy on me
All this is so new
I need to get my strength
To take it all from you

You're coming closer
What next? We embrace?
Can't you see love's pain
Written on my face?

Do you understand?
What you're putting me through?
My heart is tender
My soul so very new
.
How did you decide
That my love you seek?
Why did you choose me?
Someone so very weak?

Please give me your hand
Let me rest, let me breathe
Need to calm my heart
It's not used to this need.

Let's just be quiet
And look at each other
Find that place inside us
Where love is what matters.

To accept this love from you.
